ABOUT JENNY SIRIMIS

Born in New York City, Jenny M. Sirimis was raised in a beautiful picturesque Greek island of Chios. While living in Greece, she earned a degree in 3D Animation from a college in Athens. Earning this degree inspired her to move back to New York and pursue her passion for videography. In 2011, Jenny became an Associate of Fine Arts in Video Production at the Art Institute of New York City.

Within the first six months of her studies, she received the 1st award for “Best in Show” short movie “Your Death My Life”. Her accomplishment, though, didn’t fully satisfy her ambition for further growth as a professional in her industry. So, she decided to expand her knowledge and skills by attending and getting certified through seminars on fashion, wedding and food photography, as well as on wedding videography.

In her career, in New York City, after she had collaborated with Antena TV Channel, Mega TV Channel, NG TV and Ellopia Media, as well as with Tolios Photography for three years as a videographer for weddings and baptisms, she opened her own company, GMimagery, focused on special events.

In 2021 she moved back to Greece, and she worked in Chania and Crete as a family and couple Photographer. Τhen, she obtained a position at the Ministry as the personal photographer of the Minister of Immigration where she had the chance to participate in important events, such as the presidential inauguration.

Now she lives in Athens and works as a freelancer for different kinds of projects like family, couple, real estate, product, events and nightlife photographer.
